Haven't yet made plans for the upcoming long weekend? Not sure how to keep the family entertained?
We know the long weekend is creeping upon us so read on to find out about the best and most fun-filled activities to do in Sydney!
1. Explore Dory's World
From June 1st, become an ocean explorer right in the heart of Darling Harbour at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium! To celebrate the release of Disney Pixar's Finding Dory this month, SEA LIFE Sydney has transformed its exhibits into a Finding Dory themed underwater world. Great fun for the kids (big and little), follow our hidden quiz trail to discover more about Dory's home!
Dive in before July 18th.
2. Take your darlings to Darling Harbour
Darling Harbour is arguably one of the most family-friendly locations in Sydney - from the IMAX theatre to the Maritime Museum, what's not to love? We recommend hitting up Darling Harbour's most family-friendly attractions: SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo and Madame Tussauds Sydney - they're literally right next door to one another!
Get up close and personal with the cuddly animals at WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo (the koalas are our favourite) or get amongst the hottest celebrities at Madame Tussauds Sydney (we heard Rebel Wilson is in town).
And once you're done, head on over to the Sydney Tower Eye Observation Deck to finish off the day with the most ultimate view of Sydney.
3. Hit the beach
If you're a Sydneysider then you will already know that winter in this beautiful city ain't so bad. Sunny days and moderate temperatures make it ideal to hit the beach. From coastal walks to soaking up the cool sea breeze, this is the prime time to venture out to the seaside! And plus, there's the added bonus of no crowds!
Planning a trip to Manly Beach? Drop into Manly SEA LIFE Sanctuary, located right by Manly Wharf to learn about our wonderful Australian marine life.
So there is no excuse not to make the best out of this long weekend and we've made it even easier for you by offering all five attractions for $69!
